Experience grounded in project delivery

Brisa Barraza is an architectural project manager and designer with more than 15 years of experience across civic, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, residential, and adaptive-reuse work in the United States and Mexico. Her responsibilities span schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, consultant coordination, client communication, construction administration, and project closeout.

Her current work includes managing 15–20 public- and private-sector projects annually across a portfolio exceeding $50 million in construction value. She directs staff, coordinates multiple consultant disciplines, reviews milestone deliverables, supports permitting, and follows projects through RFIs, submittals, field observations, punch walks, and substantial completion.

Brisa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master of Professional Studies in Design Management from the University of Bridgeport. Her NCARB Record is active, AXP is complete, and ARE 5.0 is in progress. She works in English and Spanish.
